#2 John/Sue/Kirk Masell 2012-01-15 14:07 Al was a good friend/neighbor to us when we lived next door. I remember when I drilled into the main buss line and broke the sizzor jack and shut his house off from power. I had the honor of snow plowing & shoveling his walks off last year as I was contemplating moving back to Mich from TN. Living next door up the hill in Dick & Dolores's house, I wanted to give Al & Donna something back for just being the down to earth people they are. I will miss the talks we had about the turkey & deer hunting and the appreciation for allowing me to hunt their property. I will miss you Big Al. GOD rest your soul and you are in our thoughts & prayers. Love you Big Al. Quote

#7 Don Whittemore 2012-01-16 14:46 Daniel and Family,

We grew up with Dads in the Service just as your Dad served in WW II so, you had a Dad who was part of the Greatest Generation of Americans.

Your Dad fought in two wars.
He is a hero to me.

You were blessed by fate and destiny to be his son and share his name.
Without knowing your father I'm real sure that he was proud of you and he will be proud of you tomorrow and all the days to come in the Drumlake family.

We, mature, knowing that this day will come and he will depart from the land and lakes he loved, yet his memory will live on in your soul and in your deeds.

From my family to yours, we will keep you in our hearts, thoughts and words…
RIP Alexander Drumlake.
